By creating an account or using SupeOS, users agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If using SupeOS on behalf of an agency or organization, the user represents that they are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The SupeOS Service

SupeOS provides software tools for digital marketing agencies, including CRM, project management, SEO, advertising, analytics, reporting, communication, automation, and AI-assisted features. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and all activity performed through their account. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Integrations

SupeOS can connect with third-party services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary authorization to connect and process third-party data.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

Users retain responsibility for information, files, campaign data, client information, prompts, and other content submitted to SupeOS. Users must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit such content and must not use SupeOS for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

6. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated content, recommendations, analyses, and summaries are provided as assistance and may contain errors or omissions. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, making advertising decisions, or using them for client work.

7. Intellectual Property

SupeOS and its underlying software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to SupeConnect and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the SupeOS platform to users.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep SupeOS available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or changes may temporarily affect availability.

9. Disclaimer

SupeOS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. SupeOS does not guarantee particular marketing, advertising, SEO, financial, or business results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SupeConnect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use SupeOS.

11. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, address misuse, or comply with law. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable obligations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of SupeOS after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
